Refund policy

EXOTICA LINGERIE IS NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR THE TIME BEING DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. WE TRULY APOLOGIZE, WE WANT TO HELP IN STOPPING THE SPREAD.
We do allow exchanges or store credit on FULL priced merchandise. We do not offer cancellations. If you used a discount code for your purchase- your sale is finalPlease advise us about an exchange within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
Exchanges 
Exotica Lingerie will only provide one time exchange. We do not provide return shipping labels. Shipping back to Exotica Lingerie will be paid by the customer.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no stains (deodorant, perfume, etc.) with tags, and in its original packaging. If we receive a garment(s) that has been worn or not in original condition, we will send the item(s) back to you without exchange or refund.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have the right to deny your exchange due to the item not being as is was sent to you.
