FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $99

Free/Standard Shipping:   5–7 business days

Priority Shipping:   3-4 business days
Express Shipping:  1–2 business days 

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Your order must be place before 12:30 pm Pacific Time. Order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Any order placed after 12pm Pacific Time, order will be shipped out the following day.

 

Exotica Lingerie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that state delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout Please confirm all your information is correct before placing your order for shipping purposes. If your package(s) is returned to us as “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address or being left unclaimed at the post office the customer will be contacted and is responsible for any shipping costs if they choose to re-attempt delivery.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Therefore, please keep in mind our processing & shipping timeframe before placing your order. Expedited shipping is available and highly recommended. We do not refund shipping fee's.
    
   
PICK UP ORDERS -
Exotica Lingerie offers a store pick up option for local residents who wish to pick up their items in store. Please note that we have separate facilities for our online inventory and those items purchased might not be available immediately. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (562)806-2612 and we may be able to assist you in getting your pick up order quicker.  You will be asked to provide us with your ID number. Please make sure to bring a valid government issued ID at the time of pick up. You will be asked to provide us with your ID & ID number along with a signature to confirm your items were picked up. Please note your order will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 14 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Exotica Lingerie.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to exotica.lingerie.downey@gmail.com
